Receive orders and sell your product
After you make a sale on Alynova, you can find all of the order details in your account. Alynova also sends a notification to the Alynova Seller app and an email to you at the address you use for your Alynova account. You may want to add info@alynova.com to your contacts, so these emails don't go to your spam folder.
To view and manage your orders:
- On Alynova.com, select the Your Account icon.
- Choose Shop Manager.
- Choose Orders & Shipping.
From here, you can sort your orders. All shops will have New and Completed at the top of the page by default.

Get payments and grow your business
Buyers' payments will be processed through Alynova's PayPal account. As a seller, you can withdraw your earnings to your PayPal account at any time, provided the following conditions are met:
- The buyer has received the item at their shipping address.
- There are no complaints or disputes raised by the buyer regarding the item.
- The transaction complies with Seller's Return and Refund Policy.

How do fees work on Alynova?
Joining and starting a shop on Alynova is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.
It is free to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a 15% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). Plus PayPal payment processing fee as 5%
Our total commission fees are 20% in USD, so if your bank’s currency is not USD, the amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

If you accept payments with PayPal, funds from PayPal sales on Alynova will be deposited into your PayPal account. We encourage sellers to use a PayPal Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you sell your products in your shop and publish your listings.
