Am I responsible for paying customs fees?

Customs fees are placed on physical goods that are imported into a country from another country or territory. These fees are applied to international sales, but never domestic.
As a buyer, you are generally responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. In some countries.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. How do I place an Order?

When you buy on Alynova, you're supporting a small business by purchasing directly from an individual shop. If you have a question about an item or order, ask the seller.
When purchasing an item on Alynova, you must sign in to your Alynova Account, checkout as a guest is not accepted.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need make changes to an order, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on Alynova manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.
If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to open a case about your order. Send an email to info@alynova.com with the titleof Open cas and write the order Number.

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you contacted the seller more than 48 hours ago, choose Open a case so Alynova can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that: Doesn’t arrive Arrives damaged Differs significantly from the item description or photos (for example, the wrong material or color)
Sellers aren’t required to accept returns, exchanges, or provide a refund unless stated in the return policy on their listing.
If the seller is willing to accept this return, be sure to settle on the details in a message before returning the item.
Each seller on Alynova is responsible for setting their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns on every item they list for sale. A seller can choose to offer different return policies, or decline to accept returns on specific items they sell. If you’re making multiple purchases from the same shop, you may want to check the policies for each item you’re buying.

How do fees work on Alynova?

Joining and starting a shop on Alynova is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.
It is free to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a 15% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). Plus PayPal payment processing fee as 5%
Our total commission fees are 20% in USD, so if your bank’s currency is not USD, the amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

What do I need to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on Alynova. Create an Alynova account as a Vendor (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your Alynova fees).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with PayPal, funds from PayPal sales on Alynova will be deposited into your PayPal account. We encourage sellers to use a PayPal Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you sell your products in your shop and publish your listings.
