Seller Policy
- Shipping Your Items
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their sold items to buyers. If you are using a shipping or fulfillment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive their orders.
Each seller on Alynova can determine his or her own shipping methods. To see if a seller offers shipping upgrades, check their shop policies on their shop homepage. Shipping upgrades are optional, and you can choose the option in your shopping cart during checkout.
International shipping:
When buying from a seller in your country, you may be charged sales tax or VAT depending on your country’s requirements for online purchases.

- Using the Sell on Alynova App
The Sell on Alynova App provides sellers with access to numerous tools, including the ability to manage orders, respond to messages from buyers, and create listings for sale.
All items that you sell or list for sale through the App must comply with your local laws and Alynova’s Seller Policy. Etsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of Alynova policies or the law.
- Not Accepting In-Person Payments. Not accepting selling any products with link unless you have VIP subscription as seller on Alynovas
- Eligibility
Alynova does not warrant that the App will be compatible with your mobile device. Your use of the App may be subject to the terms of your agreements with your mobile device manufacturer, mobile OS or app development provider, and your mobile service provider. You agree that Alynova is not liable for your breach of any third party agreement or applicable law in connection with your use of the App.
- Limitation of Liability
In-person sales are not eligible for Alynova App Purchase Protection program for sellers. If you agree to ship an item purchased in person, you do so at your own risk. Buyers are not eligible to open a case on Alynova for any in-person sales.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the App is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Alynova (including its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and licensors) be liable to you or any third party for any claim at law or equity for any damages or losses (including, but not limited to, loss of money, goodwill or reputation, profits, other intangible losses, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages) resulting directly or indirectly from:
the content you provide (directly or indirectly) using the App;
the use of, unauthorized use of, or inability to use the App;
viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing or linking to the App;
delays or disruptions in the App;
glitches, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies of any kind in the App;
your non-compliance with an agreement you have with a third party;
damage to your hardware device from the use the App; or
the content, actions or inactions of third parties, including items listed using the App.
If the Terms conflict with any other terms, the Terms will control for all issues related to the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
- Limited License
Alynova grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App in accordance with the Terms. Your use is subject to all applicable restrictions contained in our Terms of Use.
Without limiting any of those terms, you may not
(a) modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software or hardware related to the App;
(b) remove or alter any product identification, trademark, copyright, or other notices related to the App;
(c) use or allow the use of the App by or for the benefit of third parties, including by renting, leasing, or lending the App;
or (d) reproduce, sell, or distribute the App without Alynova’s permission.
- Listing Mature Content
Alynova aims to maintain a marketplace appropriate for general audiences, but some content may not be suitable for everyone. Alynova prohibits selling items with mature content as defined below:
- Nudity
- Sexual Content
- Graphic Materials This includes items with violent imagery
- Content depicting adult nudity and/or sexual activity
- Pornography
- Items modeled by a human in listing or review photos
- Photos and photo-realistic content
- Non-realistic content
- Other prohibited content
- Adult toys and sexual accessories
- Sexual language referencing familial relationships
- Set-Up Fee is free
To open your Alynova shop is free and so easy just open an account as a vender.
9. Listing Fees is free
You will be not be charged any listing fee up to 50 items and is free.
- Transaction Fees
When you make a sale through Alynova.com, you will be charged a transaction fee of 15% and 5% Payment processing fees of the price you display for each listing plus the amount you charge for shipping.
The transaction fee will apply to the listing price (which should include any applicable taxes that you as a seller are responsible for), shipping price, and gift wrapping fee.
You are required to include applicable taxes in your listing prices. Transaction fees are deducted from your current balance as each sale occurs, and are reflected in your payment account.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be collected by Alynova and credited to the seller’s account. Sellers may also choose to offer free shipping at their discretion.
- Taxes
Aside from the limited circumstances set out below, you are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Alynova’s services, including any fines, penalties and/or interest assessed directly or indirectly on such taxes (even if retroactive).
For purposes of these Terms, please note that while some countries may refer to VAT using other terms, e.g., Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) or Harmonized Sales Tax (“HST”), we’ll just refer to VAT, GST, HST and any local sales taxes collectively as “VAT” unless the context requires otherwise.
- Payment to seller
Buyers’ payments will be processed through Alynova’s PayPal account. As a seller, you can withdraw your earnings to your PayPal account at any time, provided the following conditions are met:
- The buyer has received the item at their shipping address.
- There are no complaints or disputes raised by the buyer regarding the item.
- The buyer has successfully received the digital product, verified its authenticity, and confirmed that it functions as intended.
- The transaction complies with Alynova’s Return and Refund Policy.
This ensures a secure and fair experience for both buyers and sellers on our platform.
- Digital Products:
All virtual products are digital products and delivered via email to your Alynova account within 24 hrs. max. After purchase.
- Products Limit: To avoid fraudulent transactions, a daily limit has been set. If your order value is above the daily limit, we will review your payment and generate the code manually within 1 working day.
- No Refund Policy on digital products: Once order is placed successfully and codes are generated and delivered into your Alynova account à digital download, there are no refunds.
- The generated product PIN’s is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if your delivered PIN code is not as described – please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
